Consumer mediation
Under Articles L. 611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a consumer may refer a dispute free of charge to a consumer ombudsman with a view to an amicable resolution, after sending a written complaint to Peercel and in the absence of a satisfactory reply within two months.
